Event Load-In Instructions:
Please read these instructions carefully and follow them closely to ensure a smooth event setup.
Important: Do not arrive at the event site before your scheduled load-in time.
Food Trucks & Food Vendors
Route: Take ALT 19 to Monroe Street. Turn onto Monroe Street and enter through the backside of the Ocean Optics parking lot.
Unloading: Unload all your items and remove your vehicle from the site as quickly as possible.
Vendors
Route: Take Skinner Blvd to Highland Ave. Continue on Highland Ave to Main Street and stop for check-in.
Unloading: Unload your items promptly and remove your vehicle from the event area. Parking is available around town.
Insurance Requirements
Please ensure you have your insurance documents on hand. Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) must include the following as additional insured:

Load-Out (Removal Time)
Time: 10:30 PM
Due to the location, no vehicles will be allowed on the street until we receive the all-clear.
Food Vendors Requirements
You are required to have the following:
Florida Health Inspection Certificate
Two (2) Fire Extinguishers
Insurance
Florida Sales Tax ID
Additional Event Terms & Conditions
Camping: No overnight camping is allowed.
Booths: All booths are pre-assigned.
Booth Locations: Vendors should not assume they will have the same spot as in previous years.
Power Usage: Air conditioners are not allowed to be plugged into any event power outlets.
No Show Policy: Vendors who do not show up forfeit all funds paid. No refunds will be offered.
Vendor Fees: All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Florida Sales Tax ID: All vendors are required to have a valid Florida Sales Tax ID for 2024.
Health Certification: Food vendors must have an up-to-date Health Department/Food Certificate from the State of Florida. Out-of-state food vendors are not allowed.
